Hi!

My name is Shirin and I graduate in 2012 from a school ranked in top 20 in NSW.

I am offering tutoring in:

- Chemistry
- Business Studies

I am very passionate about these subjects and love to teach others.
I am patient and committed to helping you achieve the best results that you can whether you are aiming for a band 6 or simply wanting to gain confidence in your HSC exams.

My lessons are very structured and thorough in covering the syllabus dot points and I can ensure you are ahead of class if you desire a competitive advantage. An early start is key! Of course, I will also ensure your individual problems and tricky concepts are adressed.

My own science notes are compiled from state rankers notes and cross checked with three different textbooks and school teachers so material provided to you is very accurate and clear!

Also HSC science is composed of up to 30% practical work so I make sure you are on top of that as well as I have a very thorough prac book and detailed knowledge on every practical.

For the sciences, I provide worksheets, "exam style questions" and have access to a plethora of past papers from top ranked schools!
I will also mark your extended responses.

Experience:

I have helped many of my friends and peers with understanding tricky concepts and solving problems and my experience leading study groups for chemistry, physics and business studies means I have acquired effective teaching and communication skills.

Having done the HSC so recently, throughout the year I have been able to understand common mistakes students make, typical 'trick questions' and exam strategies to achieve speed.
