We have been extremely unhappy with the products we have received and the unprofessional service from this store. We ordered several expensive lights from this store back in Dec 2014 and this matter is still not resolved. One looked very cheap and nothing like the picture they showed us (they didn't have it on display in the showroom but convinced us it looked amazing) and it also arrived damaged with several bits broken off it. We ordered another light asking for a canopy that was suitable for hanging the lights at different levels but they sent us the wrong canopy. Finally after chasing the company for some months, we were told a replacement canopy had been ordered. We then called to follow it up to be told that the person I had been dealing with had left the company and they couldn't find the order. Wow, if you had the $$$ this would be my pick of furniture. The designs are simple and sleek and made with real quality fixtures and fittings.



You'll be saving for a while though, the double bed is $13k, without a mattress :)

These guys have to be the friendliest furniture store in the area. I walked in here specifically to look at a TV cabinet and the sales person was so helpful that she emailed me all the pricing, brochures and dimensions. Also I talked through a space problem I was having and she was more than happy to receive a layout diagram and give me some advice on the best way to furnish the space. While I am still short listing, I will probably put an order in with these guys purely for the service I was given. Its really rare these days in retail to get great customer service and while I know I could probably get the same product elsewhere cheaper, I am happy to spend the differential to support these guys. You have to support local businesses with great service as there are only a few around these days.
