I have my doubts about previous reviews - Hudson replaced our 6 existing halogen downlights by LED's in Feb 2015. Lights had 3 yr warranty. One started flashing Aug 17 - rang Calvin. Very unhelpful - quoted minimum $80 callout fee and appointment for EIGHT DAYS later. I rang light supplier - great service, the Sales Manager came from Sydney to Central Coast with replacement light. Discovered that on installation Hudson had removed the plug ends and "hard-wired" lights - meaning that electrician was required for each replacement instead of straight plug-in.
Thanks for your feed back but, as you stated we did change over your lights and there was no surface sockets installed by your electrician that that put the halogen lights in in the first place. Meaning hard wired lights were already there.
I booked you in to come and have a look to investigate the fault, as i said to you on the phone, our wiring comes with a life time warrenty, if its the light then yes the it will need to be replaced.
Were glad that no extra cost occured and the light company replaced it for you.

Calvin and his team always try to fit me in whenever they can even they are extremely busy and will stay until they work though the problem (and believe me I house has had a number of difficult ones).
