Located in a quiet corner of the main mall in Ballarat. However it was busy on a chilli day we were there. It looked like there were only 2 staff working. One taking orders and 1 making the orders so there was a bit of a line. I ordered a small white hot chocolate and my husband ordered his latte. I must admit that i have had better white hot choc else where. This one at Hudson kind of felt too artifical with the syrup they used and it could have been hotter. From the walk form Hudson back to the train station, my hot choc was cooling down too fast and didnt taste great being under warm. I'll probably stick to a standard hot cho if ever ordering at Hudson coffee again. my husband said his latte was standard as well.
