This meat is superb, and so are the delightful team of butchers who really understand their products...these same people who cut and prepare the meat are the people that serve you. They get to know their customers and once they know you, they address you by your first name. Amazing marinades for the butterfly lamb. Chicken deboned and marinated is also a winner . Great for special occasions, such as Easter and Christmas. They do cute chicken patties that you can cook and the Asian flavors allow you to create an Asian style meal. Ready to go high end meals in the fridge too. Apparently, this shop supplied the Pope and his entourage with meat during his trip to Sydney a few years ago. Lovely to see a stand-alone store like this doing such great things.
