Hummingbird Ceremonies

Very late, very ordinary, self-important, unprofessional, boring delivery

They arrived almost 20 minutes after the ceremony was due to have started, and 45 minutes after the agreed arrival time to meet with the key relatives before the service. Over an hour earlier they had advised one of the ceremony organizers that they were on their way. They live locally.

Having arrived very late, they took their own sweet time setting up their gear while upset relatives waited patiently. They gave no sense of the occasion or concern for the bereaved and other family & friends.

The eulogy they delivered was saturated with platitudes and clichs, save for the relevant family input about the deceased.

Compared with several quality Celebrants that I have seen I would rate
them as 4/10. They should try harder . . . a lot harder!
