Hungry Jacks - Belmont

Stopped in to feed the kids before the hour and a half drive home at around 5:30 on a Thursday evening.
It wasn't busy but they managed to forget 1 out of the 5 meals, screwed up 3 of the drinks and gave us fried instead of onion ring.
That's fine, everybody makes mistakes but when my partner asked for the onion rings the manager (Renee) was incredibly rude and made us feel like a real hassle. An apology wasn't even offered.
The food was almost as cold as the manager and the drinks weren't full (drink machine was out of order). Never have I ever had a manager make us feel the way she did.
Will NOT be returning!!

I waited a while. The spicy sauce was unavailable. My burger, well I just couldn't eat more than half. My coffee was luke warm

I understand it can get busy in drive through but after a 20 min wait. u could atleast get our meals right!!
