I really think the staff working tonight need a pat on the back.
As an online reviewer and blogger, my job is to take notice of places and service and give an accurate review. I have previously had terrible service at the Albany store, but always go back for another try.

How can 1 place always stuff your orders up? when you pay for something you expect to receive it... Plus the staff is another story ....its quiet disgusting always seeing workers out the side smoking when they work with food...nowhere else in town do I see this all the time except hj's....its unprofessional. not to mention how some staff are still working....the same worker we always have a bad experience with...the rudeness and bluntness of the service working in the drive through window...once spilling a drink into our car and rather then apologising instead shutting the window and standing back knowing very well what they had done so we were minus a drink and had spilt drink on us and our car...DISGUSTING SERVICE....the management handled it well although continued to receive bad service from that 1 worker . plus the amount of times we have to check what they put as our order because its always wrong and when we correct it then made to feel ...read more
