Very bad service I asked no catchup they gave me catchup I wanted to eat in it was 9.30pm they didnt alow me they said it was late and they had to clean the place . So I take away when I went to the car after fixing my order of catchup my bacon delux was drowned with mayonaise unable to eat.very bad I will never eat at hungry jacks again
This place is always good when they have their promotional vouchers on. You can pretty much order as much as you like and they will not check if you have a voucher or not. Their burgers are made just the way I like them, soft and tasty. However, their chicken nuggets are horrible and i think this is mainly becuase of the way they batter their nuggets. Definitely one to be missed.
This store pre fills their drinks to save time in the drive though. Result is flat customer drinks. To make it worst they will fill a reguler sized drinks with a large drink. If you don't pick them up they will continue to trade in this way. I find it poor trade practice
Worst hungry jacks I've ever been to. I can reliably go there and ALWAYS get an aweful meal. Burgers slopped together, dried out buns. Just aweful. Puts me off going back to any HJs franchise. A real detriment to their branding. I hope that head office of hungry jacks reads this, I really think they need to send someone down to re train there staff. Also on the most part service is awful, though I wouldn't care if the food was as expected.
