food is okay, but generally something wrong with my order.
The reason for the low rating, however, is the treatment I got from the staff. I came by with a friend after work at around 10 pm on a Tuesday night, and was ignored by all staff for over 5 minutes. There were easily 4 staff who could have served us, and indeed made eye contact with us, yet they never even spoke to us. We eventually left and went to other restaurant instead.
I will never go here again.
I stop here once a week for breakfast. The food is ok but it would be better if you get what you order. I would say at least 25% of my orders are wrong or missing items. I don't know why they ask if you are eating in because they usually give you a bag anyway. The place isn't clean, and at least on Saturday mornings is run by disinterested and disengaged staff. Why do I do this to myself week after week?
