Hungry Jack's

This is our local hungry jacks so we've been there a few times so i thought id write a review as we get the same poor customer service every time. Its common to go in there and wait 5 or 10 minutes to be served even when there's no one in line, staff will stand with there backs toward you and not even acknowledge there's a customer there waiting, the longest its taken for me to be served was 25 minutes thats walking in the door to getting my meal and there was no one in front of, its was 10.30 in the morning with only 2 other customers in the store and were both waiting for there meals when i walked in, Hungry Jacks you keep putting your prices up but customer your service is terrible hard to keep coming back.

Where to start?? The staff serving us obviously didn't want to be there, just didn't want to help, no customer service at all! The food came out and was cold, had large chips but the box was only half full, they did change it but it was just one thing after another and couldn't wait to get out of there! No one was cleaning tables, or stocking up items which were empty! Certainly won't be going back anytime soon!!

Service was very poor, staff order taking took payment for food then instantly acted like I didn't exist. Restaurant floor was filthy. Food quality was good however and came out in a decent time
