Hungry Jack's
Extremely slow service. I called in for a quick lunch and had to wait 20 minutes before I received my single meal. First there was a long queue and only one staff member taking orders. When I final got to order I politely mentioned they need more staff and the service is very slow but this comment was not listened to.
From other reviews this seems a common problem with this store. Management get your act together.
The drive thru is good but today at 10:45 I went in store to order take-away. The unsmiling 'team leader' abruptly took my order. Whilst waiting I noticed No One working here looked happy. No One smiled at all! I detected tension from the cooks towards the counter staff. When my food was ready, the unsmiling staff member had it on a tray, after I told the 'team leader' it was a take-away order. This place needs some serious morale boosting. It just screams 'bad management'!
Hands down, this was the worst experience we had ever had at any Hungry Jacks. We went through to door to see a huge line of people waiting for food and I took my son to find a table. Every single table was dirty or had old food left there. I had to ask a staff member to clean a table so that we could sit at a clean one. As my son and I were waiting, I saw countless people taking food back to the counter, many of them were finding random problems with their food. We waited 25 minutes outside before I went to see what was wrong at the counter. My mother had ordered food that was left on a tray for 15 minutes and they wanted to serve that to us. The front staff were trying to hide what was going on as food was everywhere, and the staff were throwing around food and acting up in the back area.
