Hungry Jack's

Would give it a 0 star if that's an option. Poor service, unfriendly staff, and the food is below standard. A large chips was half filled, drinks tastes like soda water. Never coming back again.

Never had a problem here with the food. You get what you pay for and I dont expect too much. Handy just off the Gipsland Hwy.

This store is hopeless. Via the drive-thru, I purchased 4 packets of nuggets for the grandchildren and received no sauce although ordered. When i asked for the sauce i was told i was trying to get more sauce. Eventually I was given 2 packets and told not to do it again. I have tried to phone the store but no answer. You should be ashamed of your service.

I am the type of person who lets people walk all over them but I am fed up with the poor customer service at this hungry jacks. I don't get greeted when I get to the window and they shove the bag without looking at me. Rudest people I've ever dealt with

Everytime i go to this Hungry Jacks there service is an shocking.

You never receive what you order and a few times now i go through the drive thru and you go to pay via card so they say sorry have to pay at next window, you get to the next window an say the eftpos is down....why not say that from the start.



One time i was waiting in the drive thru for at least half an hour and i never received an apology and also my food was stone cold, i called the store and of course no one answered the phone nor returned my call, i put a complaint via email and they never followed my complaint up.



This store is a joke and i would advise to travel further to go to another Hungry Jacks.
