It's sad that this Hungry Jacks is in SUCH a priminent position in our city, yet they continue to provide the worst service I've ever experienced with a premises that can only be rectified with a wrecking ball. Please do something about your putrid existence please. #reviewtowin
The customer service was horrible, no smile, customers waited too long in que. Gave us wrong order, instead of said sorry, the staff grabbed the drink so rough until it spilled everywhere, gave us salad with the container broken & the salad was spilled in the bag take away. And again instead of said sorry, the staff chucked the salad in the bin, and take another customers order ignoring us. We complained to the management about the staff's attitude, the staff said to us "and how about ur attitude?".
Highly not reccomended!
Considering the trashy types that pass through here at all hours from the oxford street clubs - the staff do a remarkably reasonable effort of keeping the place clean.
Apart from that, standard service, & standard fastfood takeaway fare. Sometimes you just need an artery clogging bacon & egg muffin to make that seedy feeling go away though. ;)
