Went there today for lunch. Seriously how do you get cheese burger out of chicken! I asked for a CHICKEN stunner meal not a cheese burger?? While proceed to pay for my meal, the customer service was appalling! I've work for hospitality for years, even on my bad days I still go to work with a smile! Is that how you expect to attract customer well you're gonna go out of business faster than you are gonna make money...... That's my first and last time there disgusting burger too was off! Sorry but I don't like swamp food!
This is our local HJ and we visit often at the kids request but are disappointed every time. The place is very disorganised, the staff dont seem to know what they are doing. The service is slow at best. The food is sometimes wrong, but more often it is slapped together. I've had burgers that contain nothing more than the very end slice of tomato, huge thick chunks of onion and way too much sauce/mayo. Today the mustard and sauce poured out of my cheese burger, the drinks were not full and chips not salted. It was a very disappointing meal. Come on HJ lift your game!
We buy here as our kids ask for HJs, however have had many problems with arriving home and finding the incorrect food/s or ordered and paid for large fries and got a medium, or something is missing. When ordering big it's difficult to check in the car every item is perfect. It appears the young staff needs closer supervision or better training, but they don't seem to care enough. Also they need to ensure the fries are topped up full in their packet for all orders. We still shop there but really like to always feel satisfied when we leave. Thank you.
