Tonight me my girlfriend and a few friends went for dinner in this store everything was well until we didn’t receive e nuggets in our meal my girlfriend was frustrated after not receiving what she had paid for she went and spoke to someone who was at the front counter they asked for the manager the manager spoke rudely and with a nasty tone being told “she had packed the nuggets herself” after tyring to explain and getting cut off repeatedly she walked away so I went over tried politely speaking to the manager to get the same result a nasty tone and after repeatedly telling her what happened the fourth time when she listened to what I had to say she understood what I was saying and then said ok that makes sense and ordered her staff to get some more nuggets not receiving an apology I thought this was rude unprofessional and disrespectful I would have at least expected an apology for this behaviour being a fairly regular customer I can say I will no longer be ...read more
We stopped by this Hungry Jacks on our way down from Sydney to the South Coast one Monday afternoon for lunch. The place was pretty quiet that day with several guests in the restaurant. The staffs are very friendly and kind towards us (and also other customers) and the food was prepared very quickly.
I decided to try out their healthy range that is salad. It was a really bad decision as it was nothing but greens put together and served with sauce. This might be how they were told to serve them from the head office, but the serving size was really small and with the price I paid for this item, it was not worth the money and does not at all reflect the awesome flavours of Hungry Jacks.
The shop is very clean. It does not look spacious but it has a lot of seats. The restroom was also quite clean. If only I could have this kind of Hungry Jacks near where I live although I would certainly not going to buy the salad anymore.
