Ordered our tea tonight a stunner meal with caramel sundaeand a whopper meal no onion no pickle. Coke zero for drink. Wow these are the mistakes with our meal

Really is it so hard to push the right buttons. Horsham hungry jacks is a disgrace to the franchise. When got everything sorted the whopper had the pickle but thankfully no onion. Then the other person waiting for her order was walking in to get her order corrected. Honestly owners shape up or give up your franchise and let someone actually run the business properly
The staff "serving" us was unmotivated and slow. The toilets and outside eating area were extremely filthy even though the restaurant was nearly empty. When we spoke to a management staff on duty to raise our concerns it was obvious that they could not care less. We will not be back in a hurry!
Absolutely disgraceful. Place is disgustingly grotty. Service is painfully slow. Our order was brought out wrong when it finally came. And my hawiian chicken burger came with no pineapple. How is that Hawaiian?? Doubt I will be dining here any time in the future. It is in dire need of help if it's going to survive!
I have been there several times over the past 4 years and I hate to say it but the place never seems to improve- staff at the counter are usually friendly enough and properly dressed but are always too few so service is slow. At peak times, especially at lunch, service is very slow and I have seen customers waiting in line simply give up and leave in disgust as their lunch hour is running out before they can get served. The biggest issue, however, is the general state of cleanliness- tables are often dirty and take a long time to be cleared, sticky floors, overflowing rubbish bins, soggy rubbish left around the soft-drink dispensers. Management need to employ more staff so the over-stretched staff behind the counter can spare some-one to clean up!
