I just went through drive through and the Service was absolutely so bad the girl at the window was so rude I left her to read back my order and that was too much of an effort I asked if I was being a pain and she said yes I was because I wanted my order read back to me . Then as I gave my order I was wondering short and asked for my large drinks with my large meal and she rolled her eyes as if it was my fault. Then as I drive it off I asked my daughter to check if everything was in the bag and it was not also missing a large fries . Then I had to ring up and go back and get my large fries and they were not in my bag. The manager on the phone was not that helpful either did not seem to care that I had not getting my large fries . Told me I had to drive back which I was to come and pick them up. Hungry jacks at labrador is one of the worst hungry jacks on the Gold Coast. I will never return there again I would go to McDonald's at harbortown get a lot more better service ...read more
Luck of the draw with this one. If you're lucky on the day you will get friendly staff who take the time to make sure your order is right if not like me today you get staff members who make you feel like they're too busy doing something else to pay much attention to you and then get your order wrong! Happened to many times which warrants my star.
I have given this hungry jack too many chances now. EVERYTIME I have been there something has been broken like the thickshakes etc. or they dont have a few things avaliable. .. Last time I went there they didnt have , waffle fries , thickshakes, milkshakes, frozen coke/fanta and coffee. It was ridiculous!!!!!! and the staff weren't much help let alone were they young and rude. Dont even waste ur time by coming here..
