The worst store in this chain I have EVER had to deal with. We have had MANY problems, which usually consist of items missing that we have ordered and paid for. We stopped going through the drive thru & go into the restaurant & order over the counter, so we can check our order has been fulfilled before we leave! But tonight was the WORST! Apparently, this franchise COULDN'T cook chips or onion rings (they didn't explain why). My partner proceeded to order 4 burgers regardless & 2 small drinks. on arriving home, my children bit into their cheeseburgers only to discover they were burnt to a cinder. Inside of the buns & the patty. My double whopper had also suffered the same fate! Out of 4 burgers, 3 were inedible. I have of course been trying to ring this store & can't get through! My recent experience at The Hungry Jacks Store Moorabbin along the Nepean Highway was a refreshing and helpful one. The girl behind the desk went above and beyond to assist with Internet access and was friendly and courteous. I would recommend the Hungry Jacks. It is the best one I have been too. I only went for coffees as I was waiting for my car to be serviced. I regret not knowing her name but she is short and seems to be Australian. She was attending the drive through.
