Hungry Jack's

this store has to pull thier head in a little bit! we are continually made to wait excessive times and the staff are absolute zombies taking thier time and scuffing thier feet. I have watched SO SO many people drive back out and go to another fast food across the road instead of being treated like c**p. I have been told on several occasions that the "sundae" machine is on defrost mode so sorry you cant have the sundae which you paid for in your stunner meal the management need to be contacted and somthing needs to change. Half a star is being generous!

We stopped in for breakfast this morning and were horrified by the low standard of hygiene. The floors were filthy at 9am, clearly they had not been cleaned in the last day or more. There was dried food stuck to the window sill next to my seat and food and rubbish all over the floor. We watched as table after table was wiped down with the same cloth only to leave food crumbs behind. We heard 3 different groups around us complain about the poor conditions as we quickly made a retreat. Such a shame as the food tasted great.

My husband and I like to take our kids to hungry jacks, but in the last few months have found this store to be poorly run. The service is Sooo!!!! slow and it isn't even there busy time as we get bad service during quiet time, so hate to think how they cope when it is peak time. Management in my opinion is far to young to be able to supervisor a group of kids not much older then themselves, hence why the service is slow and poor. Took 13 minutes oneday for them to make 4 cheesy omelette wraps and we were the only person being served at the time. Not to mention there were older kids in the play ground who were far to big to be playing on the equipment, and they were eating KFC and tipping drinks down the slide which then meant the highlight for our kids was just spoilt, as I wasn't letting my kids slide down and into softdrink. All I can say is smarten up, as this site I imagine will get much bigger from disgruntled customers

I love Hungry Jacks but everytime I have been through the drive-thru, I have had to wait at least 10 mins or more. I have always got my 2 children with me who get fidgety and upset, because of the wait which is very disappointing. Please get your act together
