We had very bad experience today we ordered share nuggets meal i secially said i want fresh nuggets for my baby cos in the past i had bad experience with them as well they selling stale burgers anyways..when today i got my nuggets they totally burnt and full of oil it seems they just fried stale nuggets again when i complain they argued not ready to admit there mistake and they not ready to give my money back...staff is so rude...never go there again

It's true that in the past I've found this store to lack both friendliness and speediness. However recently I've had a couple of positive experiences with nice staff and speedy drive thru. Never had an issue with quality of food and it's a nice enough dining room, bright and a bit of a view.

Staff are horrendously bad at making food and serving customers, which is ALL I expect. I've had orders go from slightly incorrect, to completely different from what I ordered. The management, is rude and won't even listen to suggestions ('is there any else I can help you with' is what you'll get if you dare to complain). I live across the road, literally a stones' throw, and thanks to my last three experiences, i'll walk the extra kilometre to other fast food.

These guys have seen Lethal Weapon, don't use the drive thru, they will.... Well you know how this goes. The staff are fairly unfriendly, the speaker at the drive thru is dreadful, hard to hear hard to understand too. If you have to use the drive thru, check your order before you drive away, you won't regret it!
The past 4 times I've been there they've got my order wrong. I probably won't use them again. You ring up to complain and you'd get more joy talking to the paper bag your order came in!
