Stood at the counter for a full 5 minutes being ignored by staff. They were attending to a drive-through and chatting. Not a busy time 10:45 am. The young lady kept looking at me, but continued to chat to her male colleague and pack items for the drive through. I eventually walked out and got my early lunch elsewhere. Poor staff attitude, poor training.
We used to go to this restaurant for a while now. Now they have some new staff in there, who are very arrogant, unfriendly, impatient, and often not willing to serve you on time. They don't even want to listen what exactly you are ordering and serve you properly. Drive-thru or dine-in, both the same story. I doubt I will be going there anymore.
