Last night, I ordered a Veggie burger Meal (i am vegetarian), instead I was handed over A Chicken burger. When i called to make a complain, all I was getting was arguments. And when I got there to swap the Chicken, The lady who works there started yelling at me for hanging up on her (what is she? my wife?) So , I paid Got chicken burger (against my religion, i am vegetarian) instead of veggie No apologies Customer service yelled at me , Never going back there in my life.
I have never en counted such terrible service. We attended a 4yr old party here arrived at 5:45pm and our children didn't end up getting fed till 7:30pm when the party was suppose to be finished. A number of parents complained to the manager and we were rudely told to wait. I wrote an official letter of complaint via their website and after three weeks still no reply. I finally contacted them via phone and spoke to the district manager. I was contacted three days later to basically tell me I had made up stories and they were not at fault. When I disagreed over the phone, I was screamed at and in turn hung up on. I would rather stick hot pins in my eyes than ever eat at a fast food restaurant that treats their customers they way I was treated. So unprofessional - they should be ashamed of themselves.
