I ordered food from Hungry Jacks at St Peters this evening, at 5:40pm. At 6:20pm There was still no sign of the driver or any driver for that matter, accepting my order, so i decide to jump on the Menulog live chat to track my food down. They had no idea why my food wasn't getting picked up, and by 5:40pm my food was canceled with out any reason given ! NO FOOD ARRIVED AT THE END, WHAT'S THE POINT OF A REFUND EVEN THOUGH I GOT ONE, WHEN WE WASTED 1 HOUR WAITING FOR FOOD WHEN WE WERE NEVER GOING TO GET OUR ORDER IN THE END !
Having tried a few different Hungry Jack's outlets over the years I always find we go back to Tempe when we feel like takeaway. The meals are always cooked fresh to order and using fresh ingredients. Out of all the takeaway chains Hungry Jack's is one of my favourites and I have always found this outlet to be clean, well maintained and the staff to be friendly and offer quick service and amazingly my order is always correct. Ample parking supplied within the complex, a drive-thru for quick convenient ordering and plenty of seating area if you do wish to dine-in however it is Tempe so you will hear some planes flying over during your meal if you sit outside.
In my opinion, this 'Hungry Jacks' has to best the in the retail chain in Sydney.
This 'Hungry Jack' is both great for a quick snack or the family dinner. The store has a highly maintained play area, clean bathrooms, spotless eating area and the food is prepared quickly and always FRESH. The atmosphere here is also great, one in which you are surrounded by images of 'James Dean' and are constantly kept occupied by the classical 50's/60's music. A great dining experience fore a fast food outlet!
The employees are always keen and their priotity is to ensure your order is always understood. Overall 4.5/5, keep up the good work!
