First of all, I am a very big fan of Hungry Jack's but I had to make this review. This is by far the worst Hungry Jack's outlet in Melbourne. The fries, chicken fries and burgers were all served cold, not only in my case but all my friends got the same treatment. Asked for a fanta without ice and got an orange juice instead. The tables are always very dirty which gives you a very bad feeling before even eating the food.
i waited patiently for 10 minutes to place my order while the staff behind the counter laughed loudly, punching other staff members and a staff member from the kitchen came out to join them, wearing their gloves - then proceeding to swing on the microphone order pole.
But no luck, they were too busy playing to do their job.
I didn't even get the chance to place my order and left.
Their burgers and chips were always served hot so it's really nice to eat there. My son loves the playground, I let him play their because of their safety gate for children like him. The place is clean and the staff are friendly. However, they often run out of ice.. and i really love ice on my drinks.
