Long wait time and food wasn't cold. Not sure why quality has gotten lower recently

Eating at hungry jacks, you don't expect top notch food but you do expect a correct order and eatable food.. easy order, 3 ham and cheese toasties and 3 hash browns.. got only cheese on the toasties and 2 cold hash browns. The last time I got poor greasy cold food, I thought it must have been a one off but these staff are clearly incompetent!

Came here during cyclone Debbie when every other shops and major shopping malls closed early. Surprised to find the staff still braved the severe weather and stayed till night serving us fresh hot food. Super dedicated staff at work.

Have been here twice and both times ive had missing products. Wouldnt recommend
