Have visited this hj's a number of times since my 2008 review, and had mixed experiences.
Probably would have to say more -ve than +ve, they still seem to not care about customer service/timeliness of being served. But the food has overall been of good quality - which I guess is really why you go there.
The place was empty, and yet it took them a minute of staring at me while I wondered which of the 3 staff were going to speak. Sure, the meal arrived quickly (because no-one else was in the whole store - and this at 6pm on a Friday!) but there was no friendly service, they seemed more interested in laughing with each other than serving me. The floor was sticky, despite there being someone walking around with a bucket and mop. At one point the drive thru attendant left to go to the toilet with her microphone on, people were waiting in the drivethru queue for her to come back - very poor given the number of staff doing nothing...
Never experienced any delays and good customer service.

It's 9.25pm and i thought ill swing into hungry jacks drive thru to grab a snack after an exhausting day, baring in mind i had to pick my son up at 945pm at Lakemba and thought i had plenty of time! parked behind this Hilux full of guys who seem to know the girls working in the drive through giggling and carrying on. I was wedged between the hilux in front and the 3 cars behing me they seem to be making and changing this ever so fussy never ending order!
