I bought two new keys from them at around $400 each. They fell weren't put tighter properly meaning they came apart easily. Eventually it meant the immolisor clip was lost and the key no long worked. When I complained they hung up on me, refused to admitt responsibility and tried to blame me for breaking the keys on purpose. Even when they eventually agreed to replace the chips (cost only $4).
If this is how they act over $4 imagine if what happens when they make an expensive mistake.
Doesn't surprise me. I got them to install a reversing camera and it stopped working 24 hours later. They told me to deal directlywith the person who installed it who advised it was highly likely to be a result of a fault with the camera not the installation and he wouldn't look at it without charge if that were the case, but he could remove the camera and install one of his own for an extra $500. The camera manufacturer kindly came to my aid and paid for it to be inspected. Sure enough it was the installation not the camera that was at fault, an incorrct part was put in. I am still chasing up Hunter H St Leonards for a refund on the installation. I have left 5 unreturned messages and several emails. Apparently I am within my rights to get a refund for both the faulty installation and the repair. The department of fair trading should be of assistance.
