The Hunter Valley Martial Arts Centre at Waratah has been open for 2 1/2 years. The centre has a friendly family atmosphere and there are classes to suit all ages, shapes and sizes in Chitokai Karate, Okinawan weaponry, Brazilian Jiu-jitsu and Cardio Combat. Our instructors encourage learning and growth through self defense and there is a strong emphasis on anti-bullying.
It is a fun environment to build new skills, lose some weight, improve your memory, laugh with new friends and even compete in tournaments.
