Do not use hunter valley security doors. They are dodgy operators. We had aluminium flyscreens manufactured by them and installed over a year ago and within a day they broke. We should of known better when they didn’t fit to size and secured them with double sided tape! After multiple repairs over the year that just made the flyscreens more banana shaped we are left with a poor quality product, that does not function and looks unsightly on our home. This company is rude and always had an excuse for delaying the repairs. We ended up complaining to fair trading and NCAT who made an order for them to pay us compensation to which they have also failed to do so pay up! It’s apparent this is not their first dealing with these agencies as they know how to play the system. Whatever you do don’t use this company unless you want to waste your money on a poor quality product and cop verbal abuse.
