Hunter Valley Smelly Cheese Shop

is a nice place to buy some cheese to take home or to make your own cheese platter and eat in there.
Beside of the cheese, they sell wraps, sandwiches, etc. I tried the turkey wrap, quite big and good..

If you like cheese – do not miss going to this shop!
They do group taste testings too – and the variety of cheeses they have is vast.
(Yes some maybe “smelly” – but all are super yummy!)

This place is chaotic. It is s crowded, there are people everywhere! Parking is very convenient with the large parking area right next to the shop. The cheese selection is impressive to say the least. The shop circles around the impressive cheese display fridges and the sales staff work from the centre serving customers. So much yum!

Great range of products and supplies for a big day in the vines. I'd like to go back and spend a day just eating gelato! #reviewtowin

If you love cheese (smelly or not), then beware of this store - you'll end up with an empty wallet and a full shopping bag! Every type of cheese imaginable. Unfortunately there's only a couple of varieties out for tasting, probably because their cheeses aren't so cheap (otherwise this would have been 5* - after all, the Hunter is about experiencing new tastes).

But perhaps the best part of this shop in my opinion is their gelato and cheesecake. You MUST try the homemade cheesecake - and share it with a friend, because you'll never finish it all by yourself.
