I could not be happier with this guy. I have used them before, and so have my partner and friends, and all of us have been extremely happy with the results. I will use them again. Highly recommended.

Our experience with them was little more than daylight robbery and it’s obvious many others have experienced similar situations of being charged over $100 call-out fee only to have the problem remain unresolved.

I know there aren’t many reviews on small local sites so you HAVE TO read their google reviews! Our experience is not uncommon.

I unfortunately did not look at their google reviews first and made the costly mistake of hiring them. Don’t make the same mistake.

Fixed the problem with our Bosch dishwasher AND on a Saturday afternoon!!

No messing around. Checked it out, found the issue which was due to an obscure water inlet which was leaking and causing the machine to throw and error and stop.

All up took him around 20 minutes.

Great diagnostic skills and a genuinely nice guy.

Highly recommended.

Easy 5 stars - good old fashioned service.

I have now been without my stove for 2 months. As it was taken to shop for repairs on the 17th December. I was promised I would have it back for christmas but am still waiting.18/2/2013 Mangament Is a rude person, I am sick of wasting my time and money ringing, texting and emailing as they don't have the decency to return a call. No more will I deal with them. Fair trading will be.

Some of the rudest, poor quality service I've ever experienced. Not only did they sell us the wrong item, when we came back the next day to return it they refused initially to refund in full. Do not do business with them, you will regret it like we did.
