Extremely poor customer service. The owner Jason used to be friendly but someone has obviously rubbed him up the wrong way. Visited twice in the past week due to a sunroof issue with my partners car. Never experienced such rudeness, the guy doesn't deserve your business treating customers like that.
My insurer AAMI nominated HSR too, my experience was totally different they were very polite, so no issue with customer service the job on my wife’s prized Golf cabriolet was attended to promptly (and within the time HSR had estimated). The finish was excellent and the car had been professionally cleaned inside and out. Happy wife - Happy life! Thank you HSR.
This was my first smash repair after 55 years driving, so I was unsure about the process. I was attracted to Hurleys because of their location and their Website that told me they had been in business for over 40 years - you have to have a good reputation to stay in business for that long. After a couple of emails, my concerns were quickly addressed and my Ford with severe fronal damage after hitting a Kangaroo in central Ql'd., was booked in for repairs. Everything fitted precisely and the paintwork was matched and finished to perfection. I love my Ford and I loved the service Hurleys provided - communications honest and accurate, target date met, quality A1, I couldn't have asked for more. Well done to the team at Hurleys.

An additional week of waiting commenced whilst my car was there simply to have a tyre bracket and a plastic bumper fitted and a tailgate bolted on. The week spent waiting was for the tailgate to be painted, yet i am confused because that was in their custody weeks before and I am wondering why they did not look up the paint code and paint it so it was ready to go?. After picking up my car they had put a small gauge in the fender and scuffed the indicator lens and my hardtop retaining bolts were missing allowing water to get in when i washed my truck. They denied all of this and politely told me to get stuffed. The car had traveled less than 900k's before I dropped it in to them and came away with damage and missing vital weather shielding components. Additionally they leave most ...read more
