Visited this medical centre many times. Have to say the doctors I encountered here are very kind and helpful. Much respected, thumbs up to them. However, on the down side, two of the receptionists I experienced here have poor manners and rude. Stay away from them as they'll make your blood boil. But then, how to avoid them when they're on duty that day if you need to see the doctor. Wish they're taught how to service the community appropriately or better still replace them.
The receptionists are terrible I walked in there at 4.30pm they told me I have 7 people in front of me. I watched 10 people come in and out of the doctors office that I went into later on, and that is the people that I seen as I missed some of them coming in and out as i was busy vomiting in their bathroom. At 5.50pm I asked the new receptionist how many people left in front of me she says 11. I explained to her over an hour ago the other receptionist told me there was 7 in front and she says nonono people book in before you they just leave and come back.The receptionist don't have any control over their patients.The patients just stand in front of the doctors office whenever someone comes out of his office before the doctor comes out and says who is next someone goes in and shut the door.
