Unfortunately I can not give 0 stars. If that was an option it would certainly be my rating of this post office and its staff. The most rudest people I have ever met with absolutely no customer service skills what so ever! Hate dealing with this couple every time I have to and honestly think that Australia post needs to step in and remove them owning and running the post office.
The postal service is great and staff run this office very well. The posties are pleasant and the parcels always gets delivered. We are always notified of delivery either by sms, email or a postal card. If there is a delay in the delivery for any reason we get notified. Very happy with the service here and highly recommend coming here.
This Post Office would have to be the best kept secret in the entire St. George District. Staff run a tight ship and adhere to all of the right postal rules so that everyone's mail stays safe and secure. I have witnessed some locals become annoyed because they were refused parcel pick up because their ID did not checkout (different name, different address). This is not the staff's fault at all. I am glad that they uphold the rules. Post Office is also open every Saturday morning, which is great for sending and collecting parcels, and their Pass Port service is second to none. The proprietors are the loveliest couple you would ever meet, very trustworthy, experienced and hard working. They are also very knowledgeable about the postal service rules and regulations.
i have to say this is the worst post office i have ever been to.
Last time i went there collect my parcel, and actually the delivery staff never ring my door, and even put my name wrong on the ticket.
when i complain to them, they said :" do you want to parcel or not?
I never want to go bk there again ~~!!!!!
Once again, I have received mail into my PO Box belonging to someone else.My PO Box was 345â?¦..far cry from 507.
This is a repeated incident and has been going on regularly at least once a week for the past 12 months.
I let it go for a long time, thinking that it will improve and had informed the Postmaster of this irregularity on several occasions.
I had received notices from other post box holders sending MY mail to me incorrectly put into THEIR post box. It is quite clear and apparent that this is not an isolated incident.
I have since relocated my postal service to another Post Office due to this fact. I need to be assured that I will receive my mail, I do not get that security from this Post Office.
Just wanted to let you know.
