HuTong is my favourite yum cha in Melbourne. On weekends it can get busy so I highly recommend a booking. Outside of the trolley food it is worth ordering the soup dumplings and chilli wontons - both always a feature of our meal. Only downside is that peaking duck pancakes are very expensive (not worth the price) - beware of cheeky waiters trying to get you to order it!
