Very happy with the professional services received & offered in this fantastic salon,Hvezda! Staff are mega friendly & I did not have any problems with communicating my needs. Am SUPER happy with the results -as always- & will b continuing my visits for pampering & relaxation!! Especially impressed with the "pampering" the girls do whilst my treatment is being done. Would highly recommend to any that are looking for a little more than just a cut! ((;
I've been going to Hvezda for at least a year now. The staff is always friendly and professional. Claire cuts my hair. She always listens to what I wants and offers suggestions if I'm not sure. I recently had her colour my hair for the first time (I've been doing it myself for years). It came out great! The colour is perfect and it looks super shiny. I definitely recommend Hvezda!
I chose to visit Hvezda as it appeared to be a stylish and professional looking salon, however I was disappointed with the service I received. I was initially left waiting for 40 minutes before being seen for my appointment and then felt that i was not heard as I specifically asked for colour and style that was not what I received. I now dislike my hair more then I did before the appointment, am very disappointed and will not be back.
Hvezda Hair & Beauty is great salon, offering all the services you would expect from a true hair & beauty salon. The staff are very experienced and ultra friendly, Heidi Novotny really does know how to run a salon which we love to visit every chance we get.
