Im not sure if im reviewing the restaurant side of Hwa Gae or the snack and takeaway side but i have to say these guys do both fantastic authentic Korean food, I regularly visit the take away side to buy thier Herbal jinseng chicken soup and dione in at the restuarant side for dinner, what i like most about this place is they do a proper job and dont take shortcuts like some others i have tried, thier beef bone soup always leaves your lips with that starchy feel so you know for sure that they havent just waterted it down , ohh and did i mention the Kimchi and refillable side dishes these guys have got that on point HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
