The best place we could have chosen for our son's party this weekend...the staff were v attentive working fantastically as a team should, attending to & assisting our group throughout the whole party. Food the kids enjoyed & lots of smiley faces! Well & truly a fantastic party package & a memorable day for all who attended, especially one to remember for my son too :) Thanks Amanda (our host) & the rest of the team..u guys r awesome!

the worst place and customer service in Brisbane!! Tried to organise a fun Bday party for my little one, but due to the staff and their management, it turned into a disaster. The management is very rude and unprofessional and half of the staff are inactive. I would never ever go back there again.. and most of the people present at the party wouldn't either. Zero stars..NO! MINUS 100 stars for this place.

Me and my BF where going to go bowling there but we decided to order food first to see if my bf was up for bowling cause he felt unwell but they told us we were not allowed to buy any food there unless we were bowling. They were very rude about it and we decided there that we wouldn't go bowling there anytime soon.

We had our daughters 6th birthday party there and would never do it there again. From the very start the staff appeared as if they were in slow motion. They were not helpful and were more of a hindrance.



To top it off they forgot about food we had ordered and finally delivered a hot platter cold.



Don't do it to yourself. Go elsewhere.
