AVOID!! They were supposed to arrive at 7-730am and arrived 8:20. I had to chase them up to find out where they were and there was no apology. They then turned up with a very full truck that had two other peoples furniture on it and after hours of taking furniture off the truck, putting it back on and trying different ways to fit my furniture, I realized many of my items weren't going to fit on the truck and had to leave thousands of dollars of stuff on the curb in order to get things moving so I could make my way interstate. (I moved all this stuff on my own whilst pregnant and very sick - my partner had flown out ahead of me to make sure he'd get to our new place on time to meet removalists at the other end) They didnt keep me in the loop and I only knew what was going on because I heard phone calls they made to their management. The worst removal company I have ever seen, they damaged my expensive furniture and refused to take any responsibilty. They ask for the money first before they unload the truck, if any damages, that is your bad luck, they don't care. Be careful their agreement !!!! I have lost $700, because of their negligent.
