Thank you Helen for helping me over come my fear, your help and support throughout the process has made me see things in a completely different way. I am now able to go to sleep with no troubles at all and I owe it all to you and your fantastic program. I never thought I would get to the point of fixing things, however, you gave me the tools I needed to help myself and learn to move past my fear. Being only 15 now, I have a whole new way of approaching things which will only help me to further grow as the years go by. Hiya Helen . I have been having so many wonderful experiences lately and it's all because of you and Hypnofit! I see it all the time but just today so many things that would have made me angry, anxious,sad ,cry and even aggressive. Just wash over me... I love it. And I see and hear things differently now. I got goosebumps just seeing an elderly lady patting and hugging her dog, I walked up to lolly pop man and shook his hand and had a chat. So awesome. Going to DBF and Running group. Helping others at training. Making new friends. Even my biggie ringing up to get a quote for a mini skip and also insurance for car, as u know I was scared to pick phone up!!! I love how I feel and I know my friends and colleagues feed off my positivity. I still have little quirks and issues but I feel so in control and I KNOW for sure things would have been so bad if I didn't see you. Anxiety was once one of the biggest parts of my life. Helen's program turned it only into a chapter.
