The gentlemen who i am dealing with is very helpful, however I purchased a APUTURE AMARAN HALO AHL-HC100 NIKON LED MACRO RING FLASH LIGHT.
I use it primamrily for video work (obviusoly not professionally).
I used it about five times over about 6 weeks (about 20 - 40 minutes each time) and it broke. It now wont stay on the lens so its unusable.
Instead of just replacing it I had to send it back to Sydney (from Melbourne) and I have to wait 2 - 4 weeks to have it repaired.
It's ridiculous that something 5 weeks old is going to be "repaired" and not replaced, and it's ridiculous that I have to wait 2 - 4 weeks.

We appreciate the time you've taken to leave feedback. We take everything on board so we thanks for your review.
Unfortunately since your order was outside the 30-day DOA period (purchased in April 2017) we were unable to approve a straight replacement for you therefore we have to follow our standard warranty process.
Although the repair process takes 2-4 weeks, generally it is faster and we do our best to speed this up for our customers. It may be the case that Aputure decide to approve a full replacement, depending on the severity of the fault.
We cover all the freight costs to the repair centre, then also once received back we cover postage to you so we'll do our best to turn around the repair for you as fast as possible.
Hopefully you give us the opportunity to turn your 1-star review into a 5-star review in the future.
