Customer service wasn't the best at first, but I think they've improved. It's all about direct to the point response. Competitive price and friendly owner's attitude. Thumbs up from us.

I am dealing with them over 10 years and always the service is honest and professional.
Always jobs was accurate and I got what they promise.
In motor cars the best thing is to know what you ask for, after all when you want to buy TV you do not go and buy it.
For me I always have a good experience from them.

When they do work they find any little thing to void your warrant. But I can not fault the work they do. Do your self a favour and go to other auto wreckers.

Hyundai Heaven was the only place that found the problem with my car.

Hyundai Heaven has terrible customer service and is extremely overpriced on all goods and is not worth the trek. To make it worse they refuse refunds, are very vague and just helpful. I bought a front bumper for a 1993 Lantra for $220 and it didn't fit because it was the wrong make! No refund either. Other company sold me one for $160 brand new.
