The seller can’t be trusted, i ask if the item can be return before purchasing if not suit or not sign of use, They told me yes. Next day they said no. Be careful buy something from them.

It was explained to you thoroughly prior to purchasing & whilst purchasing that we do not accept electrical goods back for credit and to be sure you require the item prior to purchasing. This is also listed on our terms and conditions of sale on the back of our invoice. The product you tried to return was an electrical good and the product had been opened. In future i would suggest you take your vehicle to a qualified mechanic or an auto electrician to diagnose the problem prior to purchasing parts. Non return of electrical goods is standard practise across all spare parts shops including genuine dealerships as we have no way of testing if the goods are still in working condition.
