Simply unprofessional. For the price, unacceptable.

Tried for weeks to get a hold of owner after paying deposit (first red flag!). Then said she would call week before to confirm.

Emailed after I rang every day of that week to confirm details......with confirmation that, as per website, our package just needed cake as we'd paid extra for the candyland. My sister had a frozen birthday the staff and Aspa was so wonderful and had full energy to excited the girls.the girls walked into a place of a magical room with Elsa and Anna they did awesome hair and makeup the girls had a smile on there face that everyone could not forget thank you so much would highly recommend having a party at I Look My Style

Had my daughters party at ilookymstyle. It was fantastic, she had an amazing time. Wanted to thank Aspa the owner, very professional and the staff were amazing. Highly recommend for a kids party.

Only receiving 1 star as 2 of the 3 girls who hosted the party did a good job & my daughter enjoyed herself.
BUT the owner was a nightmare to deal with....
Constantly chasing her up on things, when we got there for our party, they had set up wrong & had to change it over.
The owner and I had written messages discussing costs and that she would supply lolly bags.
I rang to confirm day before & got abused and YELLED at on the phone, that she never said such a thing (even though it's still all in my Facebook chat)
She hung up on me & I was the one that had to call back....
Customer service with her was disgusting.

Two of the three girls hosting did a great job, the 3rd didn't seem interested or like she cared.

Over priced for what it is.

My daughter loved it and that was the main thing.

Shame I had to give 1 star. After food was brought out at my daughter's party today and it was pizza that was served when chicken nuggets had been discussed, we gently inquired as to a potential mix-up. This resulted in the owner marching into the party area very loud, aggresively and strong, barking at us, pointing/stabbing at her phone showing us the details of what the party includes, spouting that people don't get to make up their own packages. This launch occured right out in the open in front of our guests who were all mortified. I cannot believe how she behaved! The whole thing was unorganised from the start having to reconfirm with her the details of the party a number of times, and when we arrived, the same thing. I had to tell her the details as we discussed it yesterday in the comfirmation call I made.
