I’ve recently returned here again for some imaging required. Having been here in the past I have found the team working here consistent with their level of professionalism, customer care unlike a few other imaging places. The sonographer is also friendly and helpful in trying to understand your needs. I’ve found with the scheduled appointment the wait in generally not long, anywhere from 1-15 minutes’ maximum in the waiting bay. I have also had the need to feed my little infant and they have been great in providing me with a room that wasn’t in use to have some privacy. Well done to the team here at IRAD.

Ived utilized their service on a number of occasions and by far one of the most professional centres I've come across. I would receive a text message a few days prior to the appointment, which is a fantastic way to remind you of your upcoming appointment or any changes that may be required. The receptionist has also been helpful and prompt with their service. The main reception is clean and large. The sonographer I have come across have always been professional and helpful/knowledgeable. The service I have been provided have always been bulked bill which is fantastic. I have only recently discovered that different radiologist offers different pricing depending on the service required, which I had initially thought it was standardised across the industry. The location is just perfect, near a major shopping centre, restaurants, transport. I would highly recommend this centre for anyone living close by or in need of a radiologist centre.
