We had our tax done last year with ITP. WAS NOT HAPPY. We were told we couldn't claim for some certain things, Went to another tax accountant this year and turns out we could have clammed for them. The account was not interested in helping us get the best return possible and we found them to be not friendly at all. This would have to be our worst experience EVER.....WE WILL NEVER USE ITP AGAIN....
Would love to know what you were claiming. Some Tax agents do the right thing and others will claim anything that your friends tell you their accountant claims for them. Funny how friends seem to know so much. Tax Agents are de registered every year for allowing clients to claim things they are not entitled to.
