The quality of the workmanship of a unit I signed for was quite good, but some items should have been included with the build: air-conditioning in the bedrooms, towel rails and soap containers in the bathrooms.
I feel the ethics of the seller fall well below average, especially not refunding the full deposit after I cancelled during the cooling-off period, which even surprised the real estate agent, especially when another contract was placed on the same unit shortly after!
I would certainly think twice before recommending this builder.
