***Do not use this agency*** Helen Walker maybe the worst real estate agent known and that is saying something, lazy, incompetent and completely rude. I am still owed over $2000 for a fencing dispute that has dragged on for almost a year and have had to begin action in small claims. I encourage those that have had similar experiences to lodge a claim with NSW fair trading as this agency has broken the code of cunduct on multiple occasions, you have been warned.

Ian Dinnerville were very helpful when I rented a property from them and as a tenant I found them unobtrusive which was refreshing after constant inspections I had from other realtors. I didn’t require any property repairs or the like when I was there so I can’t comment on how helpful they were in that respect. On leaving the property I had a bit of an uncomfortable communication when I was given a lecture on cleanliness not being sufficient (I had used a recommended cleaner) but it was smoothed out in the end. Overall I’d rate them as good and providing more of an old fashioned real estate service for those who appreciate a more personalised and less slick approach.
