Did a wonderful job on two ring repairs for me (one reshape, one claw repair). Very timely - less than a week. When I came to pick it up it was going to cost more than the quote I was given, but when I asked him about this he realised he must have misquoted me originally and only charged me my quote amount (even the full amount was very reasonable though). I find this kind of honesty rare and really appreciated it. My rings have come back looking great, and part of the extra work he did was to ensure one of them would be less prone to claw breaks in future. Great service. Would happily recommend to friends!
Highly recommend for any watch repairs. Ian was recommended by a friend and I understand why now. Extremely impressed by the quality of repairs on our watches. Ian is honest and obviously a highly skilled watch repairer. Our watches returned to us looking better than ever. Also great value for money repairs as his quotes were better than my insurance and some of the other watchmakers in the city and Ian honored his quote even though the repair ended up costing more. Great find and the only watchmaker and repairer I'll recommend to friends.
